Grade 5 Titanium
For the ultimate in lightweight toughness, our 10 grain Impact Collars are precisely Swiss CNC machined using Grade 5 Titanium. This offers far superior strength-to-weight than ordinary aluminum footers.
Hardened Stainless Steel
For heavier toughness, our 25 grain Impact Collar are machined from Hardened Stainless Steel. This allows for more mass at the front-of-arrow without adding much extra material.
Front Flange
To increase arrow strength and longevity, these collars slide over the end of arrows with a small but mighty lip that lives between your arrow shaft and broadhead. This flange is engineered to prevent arrows from exploding on hard bone impacts, while squaring up the end of your arrow for more accurate flight.

I have Iron will components on all my arrow set ups. Broad heads, field points, inserts and impact collars by iron will gives my the most confidence because I know the durability is impeccable!

Very well made with very tight tolerance. The Easton match grade collars did not fit the axis 5mm (sizeable slop between collar and shaft) so I wanted to try Ironwills. Ironwills fit like a glove and were all +/- .02 grains.

decided to give these collars a real test at a recent shoot. A friend without collars shot at the iron pig and destroyed his arrow. It simply pushed the field point back into the shaft and destroyed the arrow shaft. I shot the same distance (20 yds) and a heavier bow. It sent the nock back to my feet and my arrow with the collar had absolutely zero damage. Will not build an arrow without them. I am using the 100gr Iron Will inserts with the 25gr collars and 125 or 150 field points based on my arrow spine. Very happy customer. My daughter got me the S150 broad heads for father's day and can't wait to harvest with them.

Using Titanium Hit Inserts of 15 grains & Impact Collars of 10 grains to make my arrows tougher on game & targets. Products fit fine, & arrow performance was terminal.
