Additional Features

Weight

100-250 Grains

Eight weight options so hunters can achieve their desired front of arrow mass.

Cutting Diameter

Main Blade: 1 1/16" | Bleeder Blade: 3/4"

The low profile main blade minimizes wind effects and maximizes big game penetration, so you can hit your mark and bring home more than a story. We added the bleeder blade to unzip a larger wound channel for easy blood tracking.

Snyder Core Variant

Engineered in conjunction with Aron Snyder, ferrules on Snyder Core broadheads sit deeper in micro diameter arrow shafts to bolster their impact strength. Choose a Snyder Core option only if your arrows are set up to conform with the Snyder Core System.

Standard Threads

Most arrows require Standard (8-32) Threads.

Deep Six Threads

Deep Six Threads are designed to fit 4mm micro diameter shafts with HIT inserts that use the Deep Six thread pattern. Purchase the Deep Six variant if you plan to use them with Deep Six HIT Inserts in micro 4mm shafts.

Buff Broadheads

For hunters that want a strict two blade broadhead with no bleeder, the Buff option is for you. Buff broadheads are ideal when maximum penetration is desired above all else. Buff broadheads are only available with Standard Threads.

Broadhead with a cut on contact tanto tip
Patented

Tanto Tip

For maximum impact strength, Iron Will’s patented blade geometry includes a Tanto Tip on the end of each broadhead. By widening the tip as compared to more traditional broadheads, extra bone splitting strength and rigidity is added, preventing the bending or breaking that saps momentum and stops arrows in their tracks. Additionally, the Tanto Tip reduces surface area for greater accuracy at long distances. US Patent 10,054,409

.062" Thick A2 Tool Steel

Sharp + Stout Blades

Iron Will broadheads are engineered to be extremely sharp and stay that way. A2 Tool Steel, commonly used in metal stamping dies to cut other steels, has an unmatched combination of impact toughness and edge retention. We cryogenically treat and triple temper to a hardness of 60HRC producing edges that remain honed all the way through the target. This unmatched edge retention requires less force for a complete pass-through. Sharpened back bevels deliver your trophy with maximum internal hemorrhaging for great blood trails. Resharpen these broadheads for reliability hunt after hunt.

Hardened Ferrule

Grade 5 Titanium (for lighter heads) and hardened stainless steel (for heavier heads) ensures the broadhead stands firmly aligned with the arrow at impact. This aligns the arrow’s momentum to drive through the animal instead of flexing and displacing momentum sideways.

“I have had a few once-in-a-lifetime tags, and not capitalizing on these hunts was something I did not want to stomach. From bighorn sheep, to mountain goat, to moose and everything in between, I have killed some amazing trophies using Iron Will broadheads. They are the sharpest and most durable I have ever used.”

Superb!

Ventured out Labor Day weekend and grabbed my a buck and wild pig using the same arrow and iron will broadhead! Both shots were pass throughs and stuck in the dirt behind the shot. Cleaned it up each time and remained sharp. Deer ran about 15 yards and pig ran about 20 yards. I will be purchasing more!

Great to hear! They sharpen up with a light touch if needed. Thanks for taking time to write a review. We appreciate it.

Virtually no blood trail

I was initially very impressed with the sharpness and flight of these broadheads. They hit right with my field points out to 60 yards. What more could you ask for, right? I was able to kill a bull elk with one this September as well. I made a great shot at 50 yards, perfectly broadside and got a clean pass through, right in the crease behind the front shoulder. I gave the bull an hour to expire before I moved from the position I shot from. I found my arrow, covered in bright red heart/ lung blood. The blood trail was unimpressive from the start. And sadly, had totally vanished within 100 yards. I scoured the ground for blood for another hour and finally gave up knowing the bull couldn't have made it far with the shot placement. I hiked out a short ways to cell service to call for help and continued grid searching. After help arrived and 4 hours later we finally found the bull. Luckily no meat was lost but still a bummer that it took about 6 hours to turn up a bull that had only gone about 350 yards from last sighting. I backtracked him from where we found him dead just out of curiosity for about 100 yards and there wasn't a spec of blood along the way. All in all they are a cool concept of potentially saving you from a bad shot in a shoulder blade. But if they don't perform when you make a well placed shot, what's the point? At the end of the day, I guess I did recover the bull so it was a win. But these broadheads won't make it in my quiver ever again.

Thank you for your review. There are many factors that go into whether or not you will have a good blood trail. We are very happy to hear that you were able to locate the animal for a successful harvest.

I shot through the spine and then some

Yep, I didn't have time to range my target and I repeatedly think distances are closer than they appear. As a result I overcompensated and judged 40-45yards when it was actually 25 yards. As a result I blasted through the spine of the elk. For this exact reason is why I use this broadhead, so common mistakes can have a good ending. The arrow penetrated the spine and went 6 inches deeper because I was above the elk. Overall 12+ inches penetrated the animal. For good measure I took another shot which gracefully finished the work. Both broadheads are completely intact and sharp enough to reuse as-is. However, I don't reuse arrows or broadheads simply for sentimental reasons. Unfortunately, this silly reasoning will cost me about $150 because the total arrow cost is nearly $75 with the price of the broadheads, lighted nocks, shafts, inserts and weights. The price of the broadhead is the reason I will only give it 4 stars.

Your perspective is appreciated. Indeed, in the heat of the moment, we can misjudge a lot of things, and shot placement can be tricky when caught up in the moment. Congratulations on getting a second shot and a welcomed harvest.

Horrible

I already contacted your service department. Though your broadheads are of high quality steel and plenty sharp, they do not spin properly and will not fly straight. Very unfortunate. Perhaps I got a bad batch... These broadheads were tested at the local archery shop, in which they confirmed that they will not fly accurately.

Thank you for the feedback. We have contacted the archery shop, but they, unfortunately, have not returned our calls yet. The person's name that you gave us is out of the office hunting for another week, but we look forward to hearing from them soon so we can gather more information on your concern.

Perfect broadhead to field point accuracy

These broad heads and their field points are everything advertised and more. I ordered the s100s and 100 grain field points after reading about how in synch they are. I am a broadhead junkie and can’t help but keep trying different variations so I spend a lot of time broadhead tuning… i was skeptical that the field point design would actually match the placement of the broadheads and minimize need for tuning. 20 yards, touching arrows, 30 yards touching arrows, 40 yards perfect group (not all touching cause I’m not that good of a shot), 50 yards, same thing. I’m blown away and will be saving a lot of time and angst in the future. Wicked sharp out the box, beautiful high quality build, tough as tough gets… and perfect field point accuracy without all the tuning? My search for the perfect broadhead has come to end : ) What a product.
