The K2 Ultralight Skinning Knife is designed to be held in multiple different ways.
First, the knife can be held with the thumb just forward of the handle for a comfortable grip with extended reach.
Additionally, the knife is engineered for hunters to choke up on the knife and run their index finger through the hole in the blade. This ensures a positive grip so the knife won't slip in hand.
Finally, the knife is designed with extra jimping near the tip of the blade for hunters that prefer to extend their index finger to the tip of the blade. This is ideal for more precise cuts or to prevent the tip from rupturing the animal's guts.
Whichever way the K2 is held, it's engineered to provide the hunter the control they need for safe and precise field processing of hide and meat.
