Use the extra-fine (white) side for light touch ups on the edges and the medium (dark) side for a thorough resharpening when an edge becomes worn down or damaged. Received the stone and was surprised it was small. Watched video, and followed instructions exactly, and in no time I had no hair on the back of my hands. The stone is easy to use and the perfect size for my broadheads. Both sides have their indications and work exactly as detailed. Will always be in my pack on any Bowhunting trip.

Excellent job!
The stone does a great job at sharpening both the single bevel and bleeder blades. I arrowed a bear in Manitoba this spring and used the stone to sharpen that 100 gr broadhead to take a whitetail this fall.

Will put an edge on broadheads and knives, too. Like the compactness. I keep mine in a solid container so it does not get beat up in my bag. Well worth the money.

Best pocket sharpener
Bought this to throw in my pack for field use, plan on buying another one for my work bench. 10 minutes and you can have any blade in any condition hair popping sharp without a strop. Wish it came with a leather case that could double as a strop, but awesome for sharpening broadheads and knives.
