Iron Will Return/Refund Policy

To Return Products:
Fill out the Contact Us form on our website.

Do not ship back items until you receive a RMA number from customer service. This helps us keep an eye out for the package when it comes back to the factory.

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF, we ask that you do NOT ship any products back unless they are in their original packaging. This includes their wood boxes for broadheads. Returns will not be accepted that are not packaged properly for return. We do not accept returns for partial sets of products.

Critical: Please ship through a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

All returns go through a reinspection process to be sure the items have not been used or damaged before issuing the refund.

Allow 2-3 business days once the package arrives at our factory for us to process your return.

All refunds to a credit card must be refunded back to the original card that was used to purchase the items. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
