Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means we accept returns for 30 days after you receive your order.  All products must be in new, unused condition, returned in the original packaging, and pass Iron Will inspection to receive a refund.  We cannot accept partial sets of products for refund.  Products sold in a set are considered to be one item and returns on these require that all products in the set remain in new, unused condition, and are in the original packaging.

Exchanges

We do not do direct exchanges.  You may initiate a return by filling out the Contact Us” form on our website or email customer service directly at cs@ironwilloutfitters.com. We also offer Chat from our website during business hours.  Once the returned items pass inspection we will process your refund. 

Damages and Order Concerns

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom engraved, limited edition, or personalized items. Should you have a warranty claim on an engraved item, for example, the replacement item will not be engraved unless it is being warrantied for a manufacturing defect. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Timeframe:  Subject to inspection of returned items

All returns go through an inspection process to be sure the items have not been used or damaged before issuing a refund.  Please allow 2-3 business days once the package arrives at our factory for us to process your return.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds to a credit card must be refunded back to the original card that was used to purchase the items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If the returned product does not pass inspection, we cannot issue you a refund.    We will notify you by the email of the original order that the product cannot be refunded.  We will then reship the product back to you; free of charge, to the mailing address listed on the original order. You will also receive the return tracking number via email and once the package has been picked up by the carrier, Iron Will Outfitters is no longer responsible for the product while in transit back to you.  

Warranty Returns

To be eligible for a warranty claim, the damage or defect must be covered in our Warranty Policy.  All warranties are for one return per item damaged.  Manufacturing defect items will be warrantied without these limitations.

Returning Product

To initiate either a return or warranty claim, please fill out the Contact Us form on our website or email customer service directly at cs@ironwilloutfitters.com.  

 

Do not send back any items until you receive confirmation from Customer Service with directions on how to prepare and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service will not be accepted.
