Iron Will Outfitters Shipping Options
All orders are prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders with the fastest shipping will be processed first. Iron Will ships through USPS and UPS, and offers expedited shipping options.
Shipping Option Descriptions
USPS First Class - Delayed Delivery. It is not uncommon for the USPS to have delayed delivery times. The tracking number provided to you at the time of shipment is the most up to date information we have on where your package might be at any given time. USPS First Class does not guarantee the USPS will update tracking in a timely manner. Occasionally, packages may be marked as accepted but seem to not be moving, or are marked delivered that are still at a Post Office or in a Carrier's vehicle. Because some of our packages are smaller by nature, they sometimes get shuffled around and tucked under other packages or within the vehicle and go unnoticed until an issue is brought to their attention. We ask that customers check first with their local delivery person and/or local post office to see if they can provide you with help in locating your package. If it has been 7-10 business days from the time of your shipping notice, please contact us using our Customer Service Contact Form and we will do our part to see if we can locate the package. We do not replace lost or stolen packages but will do our best to try and help you locate them if possible.
UPS: Within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii
The tracking number provided to you at the time of shipment is the most up to date information we have on where your package might be at any given time.
UPS Ground Residential
UPS Ground Residential is available for locations in the continental US when USPS First Class can't provide the service in as quick of a time.
UPS Second Business Day Air Residential
Orders that are processed before noon on a normal business day, Monday through Friday, will be shipped out that afternoon and arrive within the second business day by 10:30am or 12:00pm to most commercial destinations. Weekend days are not considered business days for UPS.* (no Saturday delivery)
UPS Next Business Day Air Residential
Orders that are processed before noon on a normal business day, Monday through Friday, will be shipped out that afternoon to arrive within 24 hours of shipping notice. We do not offer Saturday delivery options. Orders processed before noon on Friday, will arrive the Next Business Day.

We do, however, commit to shipping your package as soon as it has been prepared by our team. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Iron Will is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@ironwilloutfitters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cs@ironwilloutfitters.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
